FAQ'S

What is included in your 24-hour emergency assistance service?

Our 24-hour emergency assistance provides immediate support for health or personal emergencies at a person’s home. This includes on-call counseling, problem-solving, and rapid response to ensure safety and well-being at any hour.

This service is available to individuals who are part of our care program and have identified emergency needs. The support is typically requested by the individual or their primary caregiver in case of a crisis.

We respond to a variety of personal and health-related emergencies, such as sudden illness, injury, mental health concerns, falls, or other urgent situations where immediate assistance is needed to ensure the individual’s safety.

A Primary Caregiver is the person who primarily takes care of and supervises the individual. They must live at the same address and be listed as either an owner or lessee of the home. Their involvement helps ensure better communication and coordinated emergency responses.

Our goal is to respond as quickly as possible. While on-call support is available 24/7 by phone, in-person responses depend on the nature of the emergency and the caregiver’s location. We ensure all urgent calls are prioritized immediately.
